Conference Registration and Lodging

See below for the deadlines and registration fees. The registration fee includes conference participation, refreshments
during breaks, and social events.
Registration Steps:
1. Register online for the conference at https://www.regonline.com/international_conference_on_neuroprotective_agents
You may also register by mail with a check, payable to Little Rock Chapter of Sigma Xi. Be sure to note on the check's memo or
on an attachment the name of the registrant(s) and the type of registration(s) the check covers. Mail checks to:

2. To foster an intellectually stimulating environment, nearly all ICNA participants make either platform or poster presentations.
For all presentations, submit abstract by email to the following individuals:
Russell Andrews (rja@russelljandrews.org) and Tucker Patterson (tucker.patterson @fda.hhs.gov).
Abstracts are to be less than 350 words; accepted abstracts will appear in Conference Handbook. In the email, please indicate
presentation type as poster or platform presentation. Click here for detailed information.
3. Submit the 2012 Housing Form (to be posted) directly to the Wendake Conference Center by fax or mail.

Full-time students will be allowed to register at a discounted rate. Registrations will be processed after receipt of a letter of merit and
recommendation from a mentor. Letters should be emailed to Tucker Patterson (tucker.patterson @fda.hhs.gov). Email letter prior
to online registration to expedite completion of the registration process.
Note: Registration fees cover facility rental, meals at Wendake, break refreshments, and Tuesday's dinner
and outing. Participants who do not stay at Wendake are required to pay the full registration fee (to encourage
