Cancellation Policy
In the unfortunate event a registrant will not be attending the Conference, one must notify the Conference Organizers and
Wendake Conference center in writing/email. The policy for lodging cancellation will be announced shortly. For refund of registration fees,
notice of cancellation should be sent via email to Tucker Patterson (tucker.patterson @fda.hhs.gov), Russell Andrews (rja@russelljandrews.org), and Susan Lantz (susan.lantz@fda.hhs.gov). Please list cancellation in the subject line. The cancellation processing fee will be deducted from your paid registration fee and the difference refunded. After your refund is processed, you will receive email confirmation.
Lodging
Regarding the lodging fee, the following cancellation schedule will apply:

After August 15, 2012: To be announced
Registration
Regarding the registration fee, the following cancellation schedule will apply:
Through August 15, 2012: $50.00 processing fee
August 16-September 15, 2012: $150.00 processing fee
After September 15, 2012: Forfeiture of all registration fees
Note:
In the event an abstract submitted by (to be announced) is not accepted for either platform or poster presentation –
all Registration and Lodging fees already paid will be refunded if the person submitting the abstract does not
want to participate in the Conference.
